Venturing Out Alone

Robin and I are still playing phone tag, so I decided to try and find an answer to my own question. I went through California Kids Connection website and found a list of agencies in Los Angeles County. I recognized Olive Crest, an organization that we did a benefit show for when I waited tables at a comedy club. How do I know which agency to go for? Do agencies specialize? Do some agencies only do international adoptions? Do some just cater to people looking to adopt newborns?

I’m more confused than ever and am determined to nail Robin down in the morning.
